On The Road Again...

Today's advent calendar was a long, slender box that wasn't giving any hints away.

It turns out that it's a special stitch-ripper.

Each end has a different-sized cutter. But the coolest thing about this stitch-ripper it the rubber caps. They can be rubbed against the fabric to remove the small bits of thread. I've never seen this before! So awesome!

Not too much to share today. We were on the road to Guelph to drop of a bunch of Christmas parcels. We left the north at 8:10 this morning, and got back at almost 5:30 this evening. That's a long day in a vehicle. Talk about "numb bum"!!! I took advantage of my off time from driving to do some hand-sewing on the Tula Nova project.

Why am I not sitting up front with himself??? Well,... Her Ladyship was along for the ride, and we were keeping each other company. She still loves to go for a ride, but her back end makes it more challenging for her to settle. Sitting with her helps.

I think we may have to reconsider taking her along when it's such a LONG ride. She did not sit down at all for the whole time on the road :(

That's about it for today, so....On that note, I wish you all a very good night!
